Additionally, we have several different recovery options for customers who are in need of emergency or expedited data recovery for a nominal fee. Once we receive your hard drive, our engineers will diagnose the problem and provide you with an estimate based on the severity of the damage and the amount of labor required for the data recovery process.
Usually within a matter of days, your data will be recovered, and you will become one of our many satisfied customers.
Remember, your data is in good hands!

We determine our prices by the severity of damage to your hard drive, the cost of donor parts, and the amount of labor required to get your data back. The pricing is not based on the amount of data you would like to recover or the capacity of your hard drive.
Can I cancel the service after diagnostic?
Absolutely! You can come and pick up your drive from our office or we can ship it to you anywhere in the United States for $20. We ship everything via FedEx Ground and expedited shipping is also available for an extra fee.
