Once we do the diagnostic, we will let you know if expediting the recovery is possible, available speeds, and additional cost. Same Day Diagnostics

Diagnostics will be completed the same day for any storage device received before 4:30 PM PST.
After Hours Diagnostic
$499
This option is for weekends and after hours. We will be opened 24/7/365 for you. The diagnostic will be provided within 4 hours after your storage device arrives at our lab.
