Promo for service cancelation
I completely understand that the data recovery process is not a cheap process. You have 2 options to cancel the service:
1) We can mail your storage drive(s) back to you. We charge a flat rate of $20 anywhere nationwide for shipping and handling.

Your username is an email you used when requested a quote. A password is just a number from your service number “PLT-XXXXX”, where “XXXXX” is the numbers. Once you logged in, please select from the drop menu “Shipping and handling” and process the payment. You will see that status for the payment will change after you pay. You will receive a confirmation email as well. Our shipping department will get an email and will pack your storage device(s) and ship out the packaged.
Also please email us a good shipping address.
2) We offer free local pickup Mon-Fri 10am-5:30pm. Please email or call to let us know that you are coming and we will prepare your storage device(s) for pick up.
3) Also, I would like to let you know that once in a while we have promotions with 20%-25% OFF. If the discount helps, I can talk to my manager to see if we have any upcoming promotions. I can’t guarantee anything but I can ask if you would like me to do it.
